To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, whether the conduct and management of the Gun Licensing and Firearms Inspectorate of the Police Service of Northern Ireland come within the jurisdiction of the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland in respect of complaints and investigations; and if he will make a statement.
