Departmental Public Expenditure

Question
To ask the Minister for Women and Equality what her latest estimate is of capital expenditure of the Government Equalities Office in (a) 2008-09, (b) 2009-10, (c) 2010-11 and (d) 2011-12; and if she will make a statement.
Answer

The information is as follows:"(a) The Government Equalities Office expects to spend £2 million on capital expenditure in 2008-09.""(b) and (c) The Department has a capital budget of £7 million for 2009-10 and 2010-11.""(d) The Government have not set Departments’ Capital DEL budgets for years beyond 2010-11. Capital budgets for 2011-12 and beyond are a matter for the next spending review."
