EU External Trade: Israel
- Question
- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether European Commission officials have on any occasion launched investigations inside Israel to determine whether Israeli importers are correctly applying the 2005 technical arrangement of the EU-Israel Association Agreement with regard to goods being charged at the correct duty.

HM Revenue and Customs are not aware of any investigations having been instigated by the European Commission.
