Motor Vehicles: Registration
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate she has made of the number of foreign registered passenger vehicles that have incurred (a) 0 to 10, (b) 11 to 50 and (c) 51 and over unpaid penalty charges for decriminalised traffic contraventions; and if she will make a statement.
